The highlight of The Jillian Fund’s year is our annual fall gala, which allows us to gather and celebrate Jillian’s legacy. We look forward to sharing the stories of the families we have served and the impact we have had thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and supporters. It is always a special evening. We love to sit across the table from you and enjoy great food, dancing, and gaming for a cause that is so meaningful for all of us.

Unfortunately, due to the reality of the coronavirus pandemic, we have had to re-imagine our gala for 2020. Like many nonprofits throughout the nation, we have chosen to have a virtual event this year on November 19, 2020 at 7 p.m. Eastern. This will allow us to continue to share with you the stories of our families and demonstrate the impact The Jillian Fund has had during these unprecedented times. We will also have a silent auction, offering a variety of great items including a 2020 Harley Davidson Iron 883.

Information about sponsorships is available online or can be downloaded, and we are grateful to the organizations that have already committed to supporting this event. We could not support families who are facing the serious illness of a child without your generosity. You ensure that these families do not have to worry about losing their home or car, or be in a position where they are faced with choosing between paying the utility bill to keep the lights on and putting food on the table for another week.

And while the event will be free to attend (more details on how we will stream our event will be shared closer to the date), we hope you will consider a donation in lieu of a ticket. More information is available on our event website.

We look forward to celebrating virtually with you on November 19! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Executive Director Liz Campbell if you have any questions.

With gratitude,

Bill McLaughlin
