A few months ago, the French offset and digital printer PRESS’VERCORS started working with the Digicut ECO made by POLAR. Owing to the laser cutting machine, the innovative business is now able to extend its range of products and win new customers.

According to PRESS’VERCORS, its particular strength lies in its responsiveness, thanks to a very fast preparation of offers, high quality printing products, short delivery times, a reliable in-house delivery service and the customers’ confidence. Their clients are mainly industrial businesses, media agencies, municipalities, craft enterprises etc. Most of them are located in the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region, but customers are also found all over the country and Europe. PRESS’VERCORS staff are always ready to listen to their customers’ project solutions, new developments and new creations. The sales team is constantly out and about to present these products to the clientele and individually support everything from test prints to delivery service.

The machine park includes the complete chain of graphic production: CTP, offset presses, digital printing machines and folding machines from Heidelberg, cutting machines, pile turners and joggers from POLAR and collators from Theisen. A POLAR Digicut was added in December 2016. Now the laser cutter allows PRESS’VERCORS to offer its customers completely new solutions in the fields of square-cutting and die-cutting on paper, cardboard, plexiglass, but also highest-precision engraving on paper, wood and leather. These solutions will extend the diversity of offers and increase the return on investment.

PRESS’VERCORS’ extensive range of products includes business cards, the complete range of business documents for companies, flyers, promotion products, business reports, books, labels, patient information leaflets, cosmetics packaging, regional finished products, plastic packaging, greeting and invitation cards, – which can be finished very effectively with Digicut, – but also calendars, desk pads and much more.

Environmental protection plays an important role and PRESS’VERCORS has been actively committed for many years. From environmentally friendly printing inks and support for ecological forestry for paper acquisition through to complete waste and recycling management, the firm does everything possible to meet the Imprim-Vert and PEFC certification standards.

The printing plant is strategically located in Saint-Sauveur which ensures perfect access to the entire economic region of Rhône-Alpen-Auvergne. On a 1,500 m² production area with a staff of 16 the company has a yearly turnover of 2.5 million euros. In 1979, Mr. Manca founded the family business which he manages today together with his two children Aurélie and Alexandre Manca.
