Los Angeles, California

Playfully nicknamed, the happy phone company, Monster VoIP, a Los Angeles, California based unified communications company was faced with a difficult decision: Pivot or Perish.

With industry-wide trade shows shut down due to Coronavirus and increased restrictions on in-person networking, the channel partners that normally thrive were taking a huge revenue hit as in-office office equipment became effectively obsolete overnight.

Over the last 5 years, the managed services industry has skyrocketed as customers have demanded a more unified approach to their workplace.

In March of 2019, Monster VoIP set out on a mission to create new revenue streams for MSPs and VARs that suddenly found themselves tapped out on new earnings.

On July 7th, Monster VoIP in partnership with ITEX tradeshow, hosted the Recurring Revenue Virtual Summit which created new velocity in the marketplace and offered new partners the ability to dramatically increase MRR by $5-25k/mo.

With over 135 people in attendance across the virtual Crowdcast room and LinkedIn Live, Collin and his team donated 1,350 meals to families in need through Feeding America. Each RSVP garnering another 10 meals.

Monster VoIP is currently on track to Sign 1,000 New Partners by Q1 of 2021.

“By offering a truly unified communications platform with unmatched VoIP quality, we’re able to provide our partners with a product that their customers can get truly excited about. We’re blown away by the sheer amount of volume that our partners are producing today. It’s simple: businesses have to adopt mobility and scalable communications. And we’ve got the answer to that,” said Monster VoIP Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Collin Mitchell.

“We’re doing our second partner event this upcoming August 4th at 8am Pacific. Last time we offered double commission to new partners. This time we have something even crazier in store,” said Collin Mitchell.

“We have over 175 people registered for the event, which already means 1,750 meals. Please help us get to 5,000 meals. Do good while doing good, you’re not going to want to miss it,” said Collin.
