MANCHESTER — EFI, a Silicon Valley manufacturer, is locating its East Coast headquarters in Londonderry with 400 employees and will make ink jet printers.
The project is expected to break ground in two or three weeks with the 240,000-square-foot building set to be completed in March 2018 near the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, according to Manchester developer Dick Anagnost.
The company will locate to one of the state’s hottest areas under development with F.W. Webb’s new central distribution facility scheduled to open in the fall of 2017 next to a large FedEx facility and just down the street from UPS/ Pratt &
Whitney’s logistics center, both of which opened in recent years.
