KYOCERA Document Solutions has furthered its commitment to 3D printing technology by announcing a partnership with ArtSystems, distributors of the MakerBot suite of 3D devices in the UK and Ireland.
The partnership will see KYOCERA Document Solutions UK join forces with ArtSystems to offer customers the award-winning MakerBot 3D devices, including the MakerBot Replicator Mini+, the MakerBot Replicator+ and the MakerBot Replicator Z18.
The devices rely upon fused deposition modelling (FDM) technology, using the innovative Smart Extruder +, which minimises downtime by pausing the device once the printer runs out of filament. Built with ease of use and simplicity in mind, the devices are factory levelled and ’plug and play’ without the need for any manual calibrations during setup.
