Web-Based Feedback Tool Provides Dealers with Real-Time Customer Satisfaction Data

Chicago, Ill. May 30, 2018 – Clover Services Group announced today that they have established a partnership with BoxScore, developers of an online customer feedback tool that provides printer service providers with an easy, real-time method to acquire customer feedback.

BoxScore provides real-time evaluation data of a customer’s experience. By providing two quick numeric scores and an optional tweet-length comment, a service provider’s customer can submit feedback in less than 30 seconds. Scores can be provided via a smartphone or web app following any meaningful interaction, project or service call.
