Ranked 7th highest performer in North and South America
Copier Fax Business Technologies, one of the largest office technology providers in Western New York, was named as a DocuWare Diamond Club Member for 2018. This recognition is only awarded to the top performing dealers in the country. Copier Fax was ranked as a top performing DocuWare dealer in New York State, and seventh in all of North and South America. They also consistently ranked globally as one of the top performers.
They are the only privately owned company in Upstate New York to hold this distinction.
DocuWare is a global provider of document management software. They’ve been representing DocuWare for nine years, and been awarded the Diamond Club honors seven of those nine years.

The launch of Copier Fax’s Documentelligence™ has played a major role in the success of their software sales, and has expanded their client base worldwide. Through DocuWare, CFBT has been helping offices have full document management, as well as complete mobile access to office files from everywhere around the world.
“Technology has made the business world a smaller place,” says Scibetta. “Business people are traveling across the country, and not missing a beat when it comes to their work and access to files back home.”
CFBT created Documentelligence™ to expand their services from hardware, to these digital components through DocuWare – converting offices to “smart offices”. Copier Fax’s partnership with the Buffalo Sabres and Pegula Sports and Entertainment has also played a key role in shedding light on these new features.
In addition to the honor of being named a Diamond Club Member, Copier Fax will also be asked to be a member of DocuWare’s advisory board, which gives them the opportunity to advise DocuWare on future product developments, and attend exclusive DocuWare partner events. They will be attending DocuWare Partner Conference in Orlando Florida next month as part of this honor.
