SherpaGo mobility suite brings the power and functionality of Sherpa to your sales professional’s smartphone and allows for such items as completing activities, equipment, opportunities, pricing, and live ERP data.  All, from the palm of their hand!

Our users that utilize SherpaGo will be as excited as we are to see the changes that have been implemented to make your SherpaGo experience a more streamlined process.  At Compass we realize how hectic things can get when out in the field, calling on your clients and wanting to access the information you have diligently stored within your Sherpa database.  We are continually striving to accommodate those daily needs.

Recent enhancements include:

• Documents – Users who have Compass Sherpa’s Document Storage module turned on and have documents loaded to an Account within Sherpa can now request an additional module be activated for viewing those documents within SherpaGo. Making it easier to view those important documents for the customer when out in the field. The documents will be read-only, and you cannot make any edits or changes to those documents from SherpaGo.   To request this module to be turned on please email support@compasscontact.net.
• Quick Activity – There is now a hyperlink that can be accessed in SherpaGo to allow you to create a Quick Activity. This will allow to you create an activity with fewer clicks, streamlining the process for our users. Simply click on the hyperlink fill in the necessary information.  You will have the option to choose attempted, successful, create a follow-up activity, as well as complete that activity.
• East Coast Server – We now offer an East Coast Server for our customers that will significantly improve your speed when utilizing SherpaGo while in the field. If you have not yet been updated to the new server, here is the information that you will need: Please add the following IPs (40.121.35.221, 40.114.109.158, 104.211.29.193, 13.68.131.60, 40.87.86.14, 40.121.7.34) to your SherpaGo firewall rules (along with SherpaGo submask161.37.64/26).
