Director of Purchasing Rick Gentry and Director of I.T. Eric Sipes of the North Kansas City School District wanted to take advantage of the newest technologies available, manage printing costs and comply with FERPA security guidelines. They decided to go with Konica Minolta bizhub multi-function printers and Equitrac Express to manage print jobs. The result: Teachers are able to print securely and the district was able to save between $125K and $150K in print costs annually.
