(Bloomberg) — Hewlett-Packard Co. raised total compensation for Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Meg Whitman by 11 percent ahead of the computer maker’s expected split into two publicly traded companies by the end of the year.

Whitman, who will run the new HP Enterprise focused on corporate customers, received a total pay package of $19.6 million for fiscal 2014, compared with $17.6 million a year earlier, the company said Monday in a regulatory filing. Dion Weisler, Hewlett-Packard’s printer and personal-computer chief and future CEO of HP Inc., received a 48 percent raise to $13.5 million from $9.15 million.
