Michael Mills, a highly recognized business expert of the Offices Technologies Industry, will assume the position of Vice President of Administration.  Mr. Mills brings 35 years of extensive Administrative, Financial & Operational leadership to Visual Edge.  In this role, Michael will be involved in strategic planning, process management, systems analysis & implementation, real estate management, project management, compliance management, Human Resources, database management, and corporate marketing strategy.  In his capacity, Michael will report to Austin Vanchieri, CEO & Chairman of the Board. Michael will also provide input to Senior Vice President Michael Brigner in the identification and development of acquisition targets to join the Visual Edge Strategy.

Most recently prior to joining Visual Edge Technology, Michael was CFO of FlexPrint, LLC headquartered in Mesa, Arizona where he led a 3 year transition from a single owner to a private equity owned group Oval Partners. Prior to that, Michael was involved in Executive Leadership positions with Nevill (Kyocera), DOCUmation, Imagine Technology Group, Danka, and MWB Business.
