SCHAUMBURG, IL, ISSUED December 17, 2020… Pulse Technology (http://pulsetechnology.com), a technology company serving the IT, Managed Print Services and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, has named Matt Kettering of McHenry, IL to the position of Account Executive.
In this role, he will work with existing Pulse clients and work to develop new ones as well, helping promote the growing company’s line of technology-related products including IT services, Managed Print Services (MPS), phones, and hardware.
Kettering comes to Pulse after having worked in the office supply and office equipment industry. Most recently, he was with a Territory Account Executive with Quill, a Staples Company, where his vertical markets were educational and government accounts. Based in Lincolnshire, IL, his territory included accounts on the East Coast in places including Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. Prior to that, he was an Account Executive for the Waukegan-based Woodland Foods, a wholesaler providing dried spices and ingredients.
He earned a degree from the College of Lake County, and also studied at Northern Illinois University,
Originally from Fox Lake, he now resides in McHenry with his wife and 15-month old son. The couple is expecting a second child.
He lists fitness and outdoor activities as among his favorite pastimes when not at work. The family also enjoys watching motor sport activities including car and truck racing.
