Having an opportunity to respond an RFP is often an exciting time in the sales process and can be one the first steps to winning a major new MPS business opportunity.  However, it can also be a major stumbling block causing suppliers to fall at the first hurdle. In a similar manner to a job application, when creating an engaging RFP response, it is important to show relevance, understanding of the requirements and how you are best positioned to meet the customer’s needs. One of the most important things to bear in mind is the fact that your RFP response is unlikely to be the “final solution” but rather the first stage in an on-going two way process.

To help Managed Print Services providers create effective RFP responses and improve their win rate in 2022, the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) Standards and Best Practices Committee has developed the MPSA Managed Print RFP Template eBook.

According to Eric Crump, Ringdale’s Director of Strategic Alliances and Chairman of the MPSA Standards and Best Practices Committee, “If you are involved in the development of multiple RFP responses, the MPSA’s new Managed Print RFP Template eBook is an essential sales resource, providing industry best practices that will help set MPSA members apart from their competition and win more RFP business.”
