Vision, the Managed Printing Solutions and Managed Document Specialists scored a “Hat-Trick” in Public Sector with the award of 3 major frameworks including: the National Education Printer Agreement NEPA, Crown Commercial Service CCS incorporating Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation YPO, Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation ESPO and Crescent Purchasing Consortium CPC. The wins and success come off the back of Vision’s continued investment and development of its Public Sector team, offering and routes to market. Their winning formula has resulted in significant successes with Higher and Further Education, Healthcare including NHS trusts, Universities and Colleges helping them Manage Printing and Documents more efficiently, delivering continued improvements and savings. The Group’s scalability and resources are well placed to compete and win in Public Sector and being awarded all 3 major frameworks will become the catalyst for continued growth and success.

National Education Printer Agreement

Vision and key business partner Samsung combined forces for a place on the NEPA framework specifically aimed at printer technology and managed print services for higher education entities. The NEPA framework will now receive a higher level of service as the framework selects partners based on expertise and experience in the higher education sector. The framework is available to all members of the six regional UK University Purchasing Consortia, including: North West Universities Purchasing Consortium; North East Universities Purchasing Consortium; London Universities Purchasing Consortium; Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium; Advanced Procurement for Universities & Colleges (Scotland) and Higher Education Purchasing Consortium of Wales. Other public-funded bodies can access the NEPA framework as associates or affiliate members of the UK University Purchasing Consortia.

Crown Commercial Service

Vision are delighted to announce their award of the leading government framework Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and have been awarded a 3 year term for Managed Printing Solutions and Content Management Services.

Crown Commercial Service CCS combining YPO Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation, ESPO Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation is an executive agency and trading fund of the Cabinet Office of the UK Government and is responsible for improving government commercial and procurement activity. This is an outstanding achievement and will enable Vision’s Public Sector team to compete and win within Education, Local and County Council’s, NHS etc.

Crescent Purchasing Consortium

As part of a comprehensive tender process, Vision have been evaluated and awarded approved supplier for printers and associated services as part of the CPC framework.

CPC are a purchasing consortium, owned and run by the FE sector. CPC provides members with specialist advice on best spending practices and how to obtain best value for money. CPC’s main purpose is to produce EU-tendered purchasing frameworks that cover a wide variety of products and services, with the aim to continually develop their portfolio in line with our members’ needs
