Bloomberg has reported that private equity firm Thoma Bravo is looking to sell Kofax, perhaps for as much as $3 billion.

Kofax is an software company based in Irvine CA with over 1,900 employees in 31 countries. With over 25,000 customers, they’re one of the more significant software vendors in the Digital Automation and Business Process Outsourcing space.
