With offices across the Southwest US, UBEO has expanded their footprint in Texas, acquiring Complete Business Systems (CBS) of Longview, about two hours east of Dallas.
At the time of the acquisition, CBS was a Ricoh and Lexmark copier MFP printer reseller offering break/fix for printing hardware, IT and managed services and more.
CBS’s Jay Knight is still listed as president of the newest UBEO company in their first acquisition in 2020.
