The Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award honors the top dealers in the United States based on technical expertise and quality of service, model certification, efficiency, response time success rates and overall customer satisfaction. Nationally, only 43 out of over 350 Ricoh dealers have at least one service technician achieve Prestige Certification, and this year, Impact had seven Service Engineers obtain the certification. This is the highest level of attainment for service engineers within Ricoh’s RFG Circle of Excellence program. This year, over 1,750 technicians participated, and only 93 in the country received the Prestige Certification.
