Applied Imaging has acquired Laser Resource; their 4th acquisition since the beginning of the Pandemic. While this technically didn’t occur in 2021, we didn’t learn of it until now, so we’re putting it on the 2021 list.
Last year, AI also picked up Kopy Sales, ACR and Upstream Office Solutions, making them one of the most aggressive companies with respect to growing their footprint in 2020.

We have some exciting news: Effective December 1, 2020, Lasers Resource has been acquired by Applied Imaging; a Grand Rapids based, family owned, premier office technology company.
