Job Description
The Major Account Integration Specialist will be responsible for the creation, presentation, and implementation of large/enterprise account integration projects. This position will communicate with internal teams from sales, logistics, service representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and Systems Engineers to ensure a smooth delivery and installation process. It will also be responsible for all client interaction regarding implementation until the client is phased into local service and supply management.
Primary Duties
- Participate in the latter stages of the sales cycle to begin framing the implementation agenda and procedures
- Organize deployment of machines for enterprise level accounts
- Schedule deliveries in concert with PC Process Analyst
- Coordinate the requirements for SE/onsite involvement
- Obtain information from the client relative to specific installation requirements

- Driver deployment requirements
- Necessary customer personnel
