Limestone College Streamlines Student Paper Processing with PSIfusion

Limestone College is an accredited, independent, coeducational four-year liberal arts institution chartered by the State of South Carolina.

Limestone decided to implement a solution proposed by Sharp Business Systems of South Carolina that included the following components: PSIGEN PSIcapture, PSIGEN PSIfusion, iDatix and Sharp Copiers.

Student records are scanned at the Sharp copiers and the student ID is keyed at the panel.

All scans are routed to a PSIcapture server that reads the entered student ID, runs a lookup to Limestone’s Jenzabar database, and then presents the document and data within the PSIfusion Web Queue.

“PSIfusion was the missing piece to solve our problem. The web interface is so simple, users can quickly verify the auto-populated information and can even run an interactive record lookup if the data is absent,” said Long.

“The system empowers our users, and they just love it.”
