Beacon NY, November 20, 2024, DocuWare, a leading provider of document management and workflow automation solutions, announces the global winners of its annual Digital Leaders Award.
This industry award is given to customers who, according to their DocuWare Partner, represent an enterprise content management (ECM) best use case in their region. Additionally, the awards honor the DocuWare Partners themselves who have helped these customers successfully implement and use DocuWare solutions to improve their business processes.
Max Ertl, President of DocuWare commented, “Following the successful launch of our Digital Leaders Awards last year, this year’s winners and their DocuWare Partners have joined an exclusive group within our DocuWare community.” Ertl continued, “Across the globe, we recognize the winning customers who have transformed their businesses with DocuWare solutions and commend their DocuWare Partners who were instrumental in modernizing these digital processes and leading their clients to success.”
The winners’ selection process
DocuWare initially selected Partners from its global network who demonstrated exceptional expertise in implementing DocuWare solutions and achieved significant customer growth and retention. These top-performing Partners were invited to nominate their most outstanding customers for the Digital Leaders Award.
To qualify, nominated customers had to meet at least one of the following criteria: leverage Intelligent Indexing, have a unique DocuWare integration, utilize DocuWare company-wide/across multiple departments and/or demonstrate tangible improvements in processes, workflows and revenue.
DocuWare would like to highlight two of these esteemed US winners:
Customer: Tapestry | DocuWare Partner: CFX Office Technology
Tapestry: By streamlining paper processes to automated workflows, DocuWare’s digital solutions allows Tapestry’s employees to remain focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while making it easy for the company to manage EHS and OSHA reports, employee professional development trainings, and physical building security and access.
Following the success of the current use case, Tapestry supported by CFX Office Technology expanded DocuWare use to include Foreign Trade Zone Operations and Container Inspections and Shipping.
Customer: Nagase America LLC | Partner: Toshiba Business Solutions, NY/NJ-71
Nagase America LLC: Nagase America, a global leader in innovative products and solutions through their expertise in the fields of chemicals, plastics, electronics, automotive, and life sciences, has significantly improved their order intake process with DocuWare. This upgrade involved consolidating and automating processes that previously involved over 40 steps across multiple departments such as Accounting, Compliance, Logistics, and Customs. Now they can easily track order statuses and facilitate information sharing between departments – reducing the number of steps down to 10 and saving countless hours per order. Nagase currently manages over 445,000 documents within DocuWare. The solution has been expanded with the help of Toshiba Business Solutions and now includes more users across more departments.
