I am pleased to introduce Jim Buck in his new role as COO of CBE.
Jim began in December of 2018 and his role at the time was to direct the overall sales function for CBE. Over the past few years, we as a company have been presented several opportunities and Jim is not only a key player on the Executive Management Team but he has also taken on an ever-increasing role with CBE’s daily functions. This realigning has aided me as CBE has continued to expand its reach in South Carolina as well as NC & GA. His insight to provide strategic vision coupled with his willingness to take on these additional responsibilities on the daily operations side has been the much-needed help.
Jim has effectively been filling this role thru much of 2021 but is just now being formally announced and recognized.
Now along with the overall sales function he is tasked with the main role of a COO and that is to lead the execution of the organizational strategy established by the leadership team. These responsibilities include managing critical projects, overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing organizational change and carrying out the vision of the CEO.
