Throughout 2020, the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA) has been highly active providing advice and on-line resources that have proven invaluable to members and non-member organizations focused on MPS Managed Print Services (MPS).

While recent vaccine news provides a glimmer of hope for the potential return to some pre COVID-19 normality, it is clear that there is a long path to this goal and organizations actively engaging in the development of their strategic and business plans for 2021 will need to continue to prioritize safety and security.  The latest blog –  “Safety and Security Considerations Necessary for Enterprise MPS” from Eric Crump, Director of Strategic Alliances, Ringdale, and MPSA Standards and Best Practices Committee Chairperson;  discusses issues relating to home office and COVID-secure office based printing.

Additional related resources available from the MPSA includes:

  • A podcast featuring Eric Crump (Ringdale) and Paul Pedersen (Guy Brown) discussing issues relating to home office working and the securing of home office output devices
  • An in-depth security white paper that provides an appropriate ‘blueprint’ to help ensure organizations are effectively secured against basic, as well as advanced, security threats.

The MPSA is always keen to hear from volunteers who may be interested in joining any of the MPSA committees.  If you would like to find out more about the MPSA and its resources – please feel free to reach out:
