Print Services Firm Acquires Counterpart After Funding Secured
A print services company which works with the likes of Samsung, Duplo and Konica Minolta, has acquired one of Britain’s largest independent suppliers of copier and printer technologies after receiving a £7.4m funding package.
Business by Technology (BBT), which is headquartered in Coventry, has snapped up Wellingborough-based Technocopy Solutions. It secured the funding package from Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks.
