DOCUmation, one of the USA’s premier provider of office technology products and IT support services, has acquired Documentworx, an imaging solutions firm located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Following a slight spelling change, documentWORKS will operate in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market as well as Houston and Austin.

The acquisition also brings the company additional expertise on the software solutions side of the business which has been a focus in San Antonio. documentWORKS presence in those three markets also reinforces the company’s commitment to growth and becoming a single source provider by offering a full breadth of IT, Print and Software solutions to Texas businesses.

Along with managed print services, IT support, overflow document services and document management, DOCUmation and documentWORKS are authorized resellers for Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Canon HP, DELL and OnBase products in their respective markets.
