OptimiDoc Cloud customers will enhance the internal processes with new digital office functionalities.
OptimiDoc, the leading cloud document capture provider, today announces new OptimiDoc Cloud version 6. The updated OptimiDoc Cloud provides significant improvements in the document digitalisation area.
The new version brings advanced document processing functionality like 60+ 1D and 2D barcodes recognition, document separation by a blank page, barcode, or the predefined number of pages.
The OptimiDoc team invested time in developing its OCR technology based on the Tesseract engine. Thanks to this, OptimiDoc Cloud provides – in the basic version – a document conversion to Microsoft Word or searchable PDF in 130 languages, including image enhancement.
Additionally, a wholly redesigned access right management allows customers to assign specific scan workflows to users or departments organized in company groups.
