Kodak Alaris Appoints New Americas Channel Sales Director

ROCHESTER, N.Y., October 21, 2021 – Kodak Alaris has appointed Fred Scherman to the role of Americas Channel Sales Director. The appointment comes as the company looks to expand its reach through new and existing partners such as Value-Added Resellers and Distributors, ISVs, and Systems Integrators.

Scherman has more than 18 years of sales management experience, with deep expertise in the Document Imaging and IT industries. He has a proven ability to direct field sales organizations and drive multimillion-dollar growth. Scherman was recognized for outstanding performance by Panasonic, with numerous awards including Partner Sales Manager of the Year. Prior to working for Panasonic, Scherman excelled in a variety of business development roles in banking and financial services.

In his new role, Scherman will be accountable for accelerating business development, expanding strategic partner engagement (particularly with ISV’s and SI’s), and driving end user-demand across vertical markets such as healthcare and government. He will lead a team of Partner Business Managers as Kodak Alaris looks to increase the adoption of its award-winning document scanners, software, and services.
