The TD SYNNEX Inspire 2024 conference, held October 9-12 in Greenville, SC brought together IT leaders, vendors, partners, and dozens of office equipment resellers. Major brands like Brother, Canon, Epson, HP,Lexmark, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox were there, talking to traditional office technology solutions providers at the largest TD SYNNEX event of the year attended by office equipment resellers.
The conference started Wednesday afternoon with a number of sessions on topics including state and local government, federal government, the impact of AI on education and several others. AI was a recurring focus throughout the event, with at least nine presentations over the three days featuring ‘AI’ in their session titles.
The first full day kicked off with a general session led by SVP Bob Stegner of Marketing, followed by CEO Patrick Zammit, who presented the company’s vision. Reyna Thompson, Executive Vice President followed and discussed the North American strategy.
Following several more presentations, the conference shifted to vendor breakouts that filled the rest of the day. Over a dozen sessions were hosted by key partners, including CISCO, HP, IBM, Intel, and other TD SYNNEX partners.
Networking events like the Welcome Event at Camperdown Plaza later that evening provided resellers with informal opportunities to connect with familiar faces like Gary Palenbaum, Executive Vice President, Sales and Vendor Management and other TD SYNNEX leaders and key partners.
As TD SYNNEX looks to 2025, office equipment resellers left the event with a clear understanding of how AI can and will enhance their business models. TD SYNNEX is all in on AI and this conference was one of their major highlights of 2024.
