IDC’s 2024 US Dealer Channel Support Programs Assessment Index is built upon several relevant market metrics such as Financial, Marketing, Sales/Support, Office Hardware, Software/Solutions, Print Services, Transformation, and Operations criteria.
This session provides an overview of the results from this study. This session leverages quantitative and qualitative research to gain insights into those issues that are most important to dealers when it comes to working with their OEM partners.
