By Jake Slawetsky – This past week, Sharp sent a team of people to BTA Coronado. BTA Coronado took place August 18-19 at the Hotel del Coronado, in the San Diego area of California. The event was full of exhibits and highly attended by dealers from all over the country.
Sharp held a booth near the entrance of the exhibit area. I had the pleasure of meeting Todd Teachenor, Sharp’s Regional Sales Manager, and Frank Flamand, Sharp’s Sr. Technology Integration Manager, when they weren’t too busy talking to dealers and other attendees of the event.
Sharp was showing their digital display and AV solutions to attendees, many of whom may be surprised to find out that they can sell many of Sharp’s products (like displays) even if they’re not authorized for Sharp printers.
