DEX Imaging Acquires Business Machine Products, Inc. (BMP)

DEX Imaging, LLC, the largest independent dealer of document imaging technology in the United States, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Business Machine Products, Inc. (BMP), headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Founded in 1995 by Dan Tucker as an HP, Brother, Xerox, and Okidata dealership, BMP delivers a seamless alignment with DEX Imaging’s existing growth strategy, thus offering a perfect fit.
