Greensboro, NC, July 9, 2024— Greensboro-based Gray & Creech Office Solutions has successfully acquired Bailey Access and Security, LLC in Raleigh, effective July 8, 2024. With the acquisition of Bailey Access and Security, LLC, Gray & Creech will become fully certified and licensed with the state of NC in low-voltage electrical and licensed to sell commercial security equipment by the NC Alarm Board.
Bailey Access and Security owner, Joe Bailey, also brings 23 years of experience in the security industry. Bailey will lead Gray & Creech’s security division as operations manager.
“Over the past three years, our security division has made significant strides, and we recognized the need for expansion to propel us to the next level,” said Gray & Creech owner and president Alec Bean. “This strategic move places us on par as a leading security business and enhances our capabilities with additional resources and specialized expertise for our Triad and Triangle clients.”
Bailey Access and Security offices will be closing as they combine with Gray & Creech and will continue operations under the Gray & Creech name. The entire Bailey Access and Security team will join Gray & Creech’s Raleigh office team, as no positions will be lost due to the acquisition. Gray & Creech has fully staffed offices in both Greensboro and Raleigh, focusing on their three core pillars: IT, Imaging and Security. The company has also recently doubled their footprint in Greensboro to a 12,000-square-foot office space on Wendover Avenue.
About Gray & Creech Office Solutions—Greensboro and Raleigh
As a family-owned company founded in 1922, Gray & Creech, Inc. has worked with businesses throughout the Carolinas for more than 100 years, with current offices both in Greensboro and Raleigh. In an industry that has become a space with growing prominence of national brands, Gray & Creech has long known that local companies operate better and solve problems faster than bigger, regional competitors that employ remote operations and outsource the very services that local businesses rely on. While their products and services have certainly changed since 1922, the same consultative approach coupled with comprehensive, local service is still the bedrock of the company.
