Supporting Windows modern print platform and ARM PCs

With uniFLOW Online 2025.2, uniFLOW Online takes a significant step towards fully supporting the Windows modern print platform and Windows Protected Print mode.

The new uniFLOW Online Virtual Printer app enables users to print securely and consistently from PCs, regardless of their architecture, while adhering to the latest Microsoft security guidelines. Thanks to the new uniFLOW Online Virtual Printer app, support for ARM PCs is also enabled. This feature ensures a seamless and secure printing experience for all users.

Embedded support for Sharp devices

In addition to existing support for Canon and Lexmark devices, uniFLOW Online Embedded Applets are now available for Sharp devices. This expansion of mixed-fleet device support allows organizations to connect their Sharp devices to uniFLOW Online, providing a consistent and modern interface for all users. These devices are fully operational in Zero Trust environments, meeting the highest IT network requirements.

Scan to NetDocuments

uniFLOW Online 2025.2 introduces the ability to scan directly to NetDocuments, a leading cloud-based document management system for law firms and legal departments. Users can now easily scan documents from Canon multi-functional devices directly to NetDocuments, streamlining their document management processes.

Printing and scanning from multiple cloud destinations

Building on the capabilities introduced in the previous uniFLOW Online release, this latest update allows connecting to multiple Exchange Online environments and printing from multiple M365 environments. Administrators can now connect multiple SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online accounts in parallel, allowing their users to print and scan from various cloud sources.
