Lee began his employment in 1989 with Hytec as a service supervisor.
Over the years he has become well known for his excellent customer service and vast technical knowledge. When
customers call in for assistance, they don’t just ask for tech support they ask for Lee by name. On any given day walking the production floor you would see Lee with his headset on thriving in his environment interacting with field techs.
Looking into his employee file you would find letters and notes through the years sent in from customers, reps and techs thanking him for his help and showing their appreciation for his assistance some even offering to buy him lunch.
Though he is retiring his dedication to quality and service doesn’t end as Lee will continue to work diligently behind the scenes on some special projects to help share his knowledge with future generations and help ensure Hytec will continue to provide the service and care that its customers have come to expect when working with Lee.

Vjay Rampersad promoted to Senior Production Manager
With more than 28 years of invaluable experience at Hytec, Vjay started his career focusing on the Canon product line and later advanced to manage the Konica Minolta team. He has broadened his leadership role to cover most imaging products, delivering the high level of technical expertise and guidance that Hytec is proud to offer its customers and partners. Furthermore, Vjay has played a vital role in enhancing our Fiery support for servers and circuit board repairs.

Throughout Gregory’s 17-year career with Hytec, he has developed strong leadership skills, built a dedicated team while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. He holds an Associate of Engineering Science degree from Bronx Community College, along with an Associate of Occupational Studies degree from the Technical Career Institute. Which have provided him with a solid technical foundation to excel in his role and contribute effectively to the success of the department and Hytec.

As part of our Ricoh Authorized Part Repair Program, we take pride in assisting Dealers and OEM Field Technicians with Ricoh products when troubleshooting is required to assess whether a PCB needs replacement or help with installing your repaired component.
Our team has access to historical repair data and testing facilities to help replicate the issue you may be facing in the field. When needed, Hytec can provide additional support through our virtual assistance tools powered by Help Lightning.
