Black is responsible for product management in the Enterprise Output Management business unit. He works closely with sales, marketing and development organizations to monitor competitive movements and market trends; validate and prioritize product requirements; define the product portfolio and future roadmap; and identify new business opportunities for investment. Before joining LRS, Black worked in IBM’s printer business for nearly 20 years, where he held several executive positions in marketing, sales and services. In total, he has spent over 35 years in the printing and output management industry.

Tom is responsible for business development on Lexmark’s global alliance team. Leveraging Lexmark’s portfolio of alliance partners, Tom’s primary focus is to identify and develop commercial solution opportunities within Lexmark’s customer base to extend our value proposition and integrate our devices with workflows. He works closely with Lexmark Sales and Marketing, Connected Technology (R&D/IT) organization, and Services to align on planning, roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
