Over 4,000 educators and staff members work together to serve the Little Rock School District, Arkansas’ largest public school system. With more than 25,000 students at 47 schools, LRSD needed to seize any opportunities to reallocate spending and IT resources toward mission- critical initiatives and away from time-intensive tasks.
The district saved one million pages from being printed in a little over one year since installing PaperCut MF. With centralized management and accurate reporting, district administrators can now identify areas of substantial waste and implement district-wide print policies to control it. The new print management system allows administrators to quickly respond to the most severe issues rather than wasting time on less important matters.
