By Joan Honig, DocuWare – The virtual 2021 DocuWorld Americas Partner and User Conferences took place from May 4 to May 7. We brought 712 DocuWare Partners and 389 customers from more than 55 countries together in a collaborative online space. Although we couldn’t meet face to face, the conferences were structured to make sure there was plenty of time for attendees to share ideas and interact.
Once attendees entered the conference platform, they had full access to a virtual auditorium, an exhibit hall and a product feedback lounge staffed by DocuWare product, user experience and customer success team members. In addition, there were online user, administrator, sales and technical training sessions. The Partner conference featured a virtual networking space where attendees exchanged ideas informally with each other and with DocuWare staff.
