Featuring Sharp, Konica Minolta, Brother, and Dynabook Office Technology

We had the chance to visit the new headquarters of Copier Fax Business Technologies (CFBT) just outside of Buffalo, NY—and what a difference from their previous downtown location. The new space in Tonawanda is a major upgrade across the board. Plenty of parking, a beautiful layout, and an expanded demo room filled with the latest gear from brands like Konica Minolta, Sharp Electronics, Brother, and Dynabook laptops.

CFBT, a well-established office equipment reseller, has come a long way since their early days. Founded in 1990 and still family-owned, they’ve built a strong presence across Western New York with locations in both Buffalo and Rochester. The new HQ, which took eight months to fully renovate, reflects their growth—both in size and in capabilities.

Their conference room pays tribute to the company’s roots, named in honor of founder Al Scibetta, father of David Scibetta. David’s new office includes a full sitting area and bar—a great office from which to run the company. The Copier Fax humidor is the perfect finishing touch.

In addition to traditional office equipment, CFBT offers scanning solutions, phone systems, document management, and security services. Their showroom displays it all, including Dynabook laptops from Sharp.

CFBT is on a roll in 2025, having already acquired three companies and now preparing for their next big event—their annual customer golf outing in July.

As the official office technology partner of the Buffalo Bills, Sabres, and Bulls, they continue to raise the bar for service and solutions in the region.
