uniFLOW sysHUB 2023.1 increases sysHUB’s output management capabilities. This release adds simplified print job management capabilities to the Operator UI, allowing easy print job movement between queues and multi-job selection while providing an enhanced job view for large jobs. In addition, the web-based Workflow designer is available with full functionality. The PDL conversion process has also been updated with a new supported PDL and a new PDF standard. Two new adapters are now available to integrate with Azure, AWS, and Kafka cloud messaging services. In addition, custom forms and menus can be built to serve customer requirements for accessing specific workflows directly.

Improved Operator UI

uniFLOW sysHUB provides operators with a dedicated and powerful central print queue management interface. It combines the management of devices and print jobs within a central dashboard, to keep track of all print jobs and devices, with several print job management functionalities. Management from a single point of control significantly reduces monitoring requirements and simplifies the administration of print jobs and devices.

This release incorporates additional job management capabilities, multi-job selection, enables movement of jobs between queues, via drag and drop or a dedicated dialog, all of which simplifies single and multi-job management.  It also introduces the maximized queue view for a better overview of large print jobs.

Web-based Workflow designer

The Workflow designer is at the heart of the product and is now available in the Web-Client with full functionality. The last missing functionality from the Native-Client has been added so admins can now create and maintain their critical business processes within the modern Web-Client interface. Visualizing workflows facilitates a much better understanding and makes implementation and documentation easier.

 Custom forms, menus, and more

To meet customer needs for direct access to specific workflows an option to create dedicated forms and menus has been added. Administrators can use JavaScript to build custom forms and menus e.g. for on-demand printing or to grant operators direct access to a specific form or menu through a dedicated sysHUB navigation entry.
