During this event, nearly 30 attendees from major dealerships across the US learned about service metrics; where their dealership should be, how to handle issues and more.
After Jerry’s opening session, Andy Peacock spent some time reviewing the 15 “Must Do’s” for a service department, looking at everything from parts usage by tech to excessive service calls and everything in-between.
After lunch, Steve Rolla spoke to the crowd about PIVOT, their recently launched program that’s already being used by 100 US dealers.
