Google Cloud Print has left the scene, but it hasn’t taken all the Chromebook printing options with it! In this video, our pre-sales colleague Mike Barnard introduces four convenient and safe options for printing from your Chromebook with MyQ X. Print like nothing has changed!

With Web Upload, you simply log into your web MyQ user interface, upload your files and print them from there. With E-mail print you send the files as an attachment to a designated email address. Shortly after, you’ll receive a PIN code, and by typing it on a MFP just watch your documents getting printed.

The MyQ Mobile Printing app allows you to upload and manage your to-be-printed files. You can change the printing settings, and then release the jobs directly in the app. The last option – printing via IPPS Protocol – is for Chrome Enterprise users only. Once set up by the IT admin, you can simply select it prom the print options list and click on “Print”.
