With China having reopened its borders in January, a poll has been conducted among buyers from 20 countries about their plans to visit Chinese suppliers.
A very small 7.2% indicated they will wait until 2024. 77.4% indicated they will return in October to meet their suppliers and to attend the “Zhuhai Show” at the same time. A further 8.6% plan to visit China in the next few months.
For the first time in 3 years, travel to China has become feasible. To this end, Comexposium Recycling Times (C-RT) is making plans for its RemaxWorld expo.
“We have been looking forward to this day when international buyers can come to visit RemaxWorld expo in Zhuhai in person,” said Victoria Zhao (pictured), General Manager of C-RT, the event organizer. “Face-to-face meetings between suppliers and buyers will return. Factory visits, the search for new products and services will be a big priority.”
Still in October, Still in Zhuhai
According to C-RT, RemaxWorld Expo will be held for 3 days from October 12 to 14, 2023, at the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center, the same venue where the buzz of business has taken place with previous RemaxWorld expos.
“Before Covid, RemaxWorld expo was the event of the year for many international buyers,” Zhao added. “I believe revisiting RemaxWorld Expo this year will rekindle special memories and feelings they owned from the past.”
To help international buyers make the best out of this event, the organizer is working to add more value to the expo. More details will be disclosed in the coming months.
“It is time to get together and catch up with each other. We are more than happy to provide such a platform for network connecting, new learning and exploration,” Zhao said.
C-RT understands the eagerness of buyers wanting to meet with suppliers and urges all participants to mark their calendars and to make business travel plans in advance.
