By Birgit Schuckmann, DocuWare: At the beginning of every year, DocuWare announces its top-selling Partners of the previous year, the members of the exclusive Diamond Club. In 2021, we expanded this to include a Customer Service Champion Award. This award is also valid for one calendar year. 
This award honors the DocuWare Partners who provided the best customer service to their customers. This is measured, among other things, via metrics like contract renewal rates. All Partners worldwide have the same chance to be included. This past year, 80 companies from our global sales network of around 800 Partners received this award. They are listed alphabetically in the table below.
