Businesses face significant risks as every connected device is susceptible to cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and MFP’s are no exception. Modern MFPs, while primarily used for basic print jobs, can also be gateways to an enterprise’s most sensitive information. Hackers can exploit unsecured MFP devices to spread ransomware, cause data breaches and move laterally within an organization’s network.
