Our Document Management Partners with the Best Customer Service

By Birgit Schuckmann, DocuWare: DocuWare has been honoring its Partners with the highest revenues from the previous year – members of the exclusive Diamond Club – at its annual DocuWorld Partner Conference. Last year, DocuWare presented the first Customer Service Champion Award to Partners who provided the best service to their customers.

This award goes to DocuWare Partners who offered the best customer service and support. All Partners worldwide have the chance to win the award. Last year, 80 companies from our worldwide sales network of more than 800 Partners were among the list of providers with the best customer service. This year 89 companies will receive this award, which is valid for the current calendar year. Of these, 78 are based in DACH and EMEA, with others in the US, Chile and Peru. All members are listed by country in the table below. In the UK, five DocuWare Partners received the award. In the US, seven out of nine companies are among the best for the second time as well as Chile-based Valuetech S.A and Visual Office from New Caledonia. We also want to congratulate Ricoh del Peru S.A.C. and Ricoh Italia Srl, who received the award for the first time.
