As office equipment resellers look for ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency, SalesChain continues to evolve its platform to meet their needs. Andy Slawetsky recently sat down with Matt Szczygiel from SalesChain on the What’s Happenin’ technology podcast to discuss how the company is growing, their latest integrations, and what dealers can expect in 2025.

A Comprehensive Solution for Dealers

SalesChain is widely recognized as a top business workflow automation tool for office technology dealerships. While often categorized as a CRM, its capabilities extend far beyond that. From lead management to quoting, documentation, forecasting, and leasing, SalesChain integrates all aspects of the sales process into a single, seamless platform.

One of the key differentiators for SalesChain is its deep industry roots. Matt pointed out that his team has grown up in this space, and they continue to build solutions specifically tailored for office equipment resellers. While some expansion into managed services has occurred, their primary focus remains on the dealer channel.

Major Integrations & Expanding Partnerships

A major highlight from our conversation was SalesChain’s continued investment in integrations with key industry partners. In 2024, they expanded their connectivity with leading financing providers, including U.S. Bank, GreatAmerica, DLL, Leaf, Canon Financial, and Wells Fargo. These integrations allow dealers to access credit approvals, leasing portfolios, and invoice histories directly within the SalesChain platform, eliminating the need for multiple logins and streamlining the financing process.

Matt also discussed their growing relationship with FP Mailing Solutions, where they recently showcased new commission tools tailored for mailing equipment dealers. Additionally, SalesChain continues to build strong partnerships with companies like IA Automate, HubSpot, ConnectWise, and Evolved Office, further enhancing their platform’s versatility.

2025: A Year of Expansion

Looking ahead, SalesChain has big plans for 2025. With further integrations on the horizon and new feature rollouts expected, the company is set to enhance its value proposition even further. Dealers can expect to see the team at major industry events, including the CDA show in March and the BTA National Show later in the year.
