This year, a whopping 79% of those surveyed voted Kyocera to be a Great Place To Work, a result which represents a six-point increase compared to 2022. It also puts Kyocera 22% ahead of the average US company.
As part of the Great Place To Work’s Trust Index™ survey, some of the most common words used by employees to describe working at Kyocera included “people,” “family,” “care,” and “team.” Meanwhile, 85% of those surveyed said that they felt a sense of pride when reflecting on accomplishments. 91% stated that they can take time off from work when they think it’s necessary. These sentiments underline two conclusions: Kyocera is a great place for talent, and it’s a place where employee well-being matters. It demonstrates how the philosophy of doing the right thing as a human being influences all facets of the organization.
