New release of MyQ X (version 10.1) is here, ready to boost your print environment! On the server side, it brings you a new theme for the UI – grey/MyQ red to accompany the blue and dark ones. It also improves the admin dashboard with more useful info such as the environmental widget or a chart showing printer usage.

As more and more companies are adopting hybrid work, the new update makes their life easier with smooth hybrid cloud installation or user synchronization with Azure AD. As for print security, MyQ X laid the last puzzle piece of end-to-end security by encrypting jobs stored on the print server waiting to be released.

In the embedded terminal, users have the opportunity to preview the queued files, avoiding unwanted printouts. They can also find documents to print directly from the printer panel using the Easy copy feature. They simply browse the network or cloud folder of their connected storage, find the desired file, and are ready to print!
