Nauticon Office Solutions, a leading document management technology company today announced the results of their December 2021 Net Promoter® Score (NPS) with a perfect score of 100. Compared to NPS standards, the average North American company has a Net Promoter Score® of 10 with some well-loved companies reaching scores into the 70’s and 80’s.  Nauticon’s industry-leading spotless score of 100 is a testament to their core values and successful ‘service first’ philosophy – even when faced with a global pandemic. 

“This is the fifth perfect 100 NPS score in the last seven months and sixth in 2021, which brings Nauticon Office Solutions overall 2021 customer satisfaction score to 97.97 for the year,” said Vinh Phan, Vice President of Service Operations.
