Industry Analysts Technical Services Division (IATSD), located in Fairfield, New Jersey, provides comprehensive, confidential testing and technical-support services to manufacturers in the office-imaging industry, including manufacturers of digital copier/network printers, digital color laser copiers, desktop network printers and office-imaging supplies. All testing is performed on a strictly confidential basis at a secure test site, with access strictly limited to authorized service technicians and the client's designated employees. All test results and reports become the sole property of the clients. As such, clients obtain unlimited reprint rights to all test results and test reports.
